Shipping Policy:

Your order will be processed within 24 hours using standard delivery of 5 - 7 business days.  We use UPS and FedEx ground shipping.  Shipping and handling (S/H) is free on all orders.  

Return Policy:

We will be happy to exchange, replace or issue a full refund for non-food products upon receipt of your returned merchandise by the Return/Refund Date indicated on the packing slip included with your original order.  Please be advised, tea is considered a food item.  Therefore, to ensure the highest quality control for all of our customers, tea packages that have been opened are non-refundable.  However, to return a sealed, unopened package of tea, email us at support@teashopstop.com within 7 days from receiving your order and we will send you a Postage Paid return label.  A refund or credit to your charge card will be issued when we receive your return package of sealed tea.

Back Order Policy:

At times, due to high demand, a product may not be available for immediate shipping and will receive back order status.  We will ensure your order is shipped as soon as it is available.  If an item is on back order for more than 7 days, we will notify you promptly to provide you with the option of canceling the back order item and replacing that order with a new one.

Damaged Goods Policy:

Although TeaShopStop.com strives for excellence, fragile products may break during shipping.  This is rare, however, TeaShopStop.com will exchange the product free of shipping charges, or issue a full refund at your request.  Please report a damaged product to us immediately upon receipt so that we can a replace the order or process a refund in a timely manner.
